Size Guide
Size Guide
The right fit begins with the right measurements. Use this guide to understand our general apparel sizing, measure yourself accurately, and choose the closest fit before placing your order.
Because different garments are designed with different silhouettes, construction, stretch, and proportions, always check the individual product page when a product-specific size chart is available.
How to Measure
For the most reliable result, wear light clothing and keep the measuring tape close to the body without pulling it too tightly. If possible, have another person help you measure.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape horizontal and relaxed while taking the measurement.
Waist
Measure around the natural waistline without pulling the tape tight. Keep your posture relaxed and breathe normally.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while keeping the tape level around your body.
Inseam
Measure from the upper inside of the leg down to the desired trouser length. Compare this measurement with the product description.

Understanding the Fit
Harborline Apparel includes different silhouettes across tailored, streetwear, performance-inspired, and statement pieces. A jacket with structured shoulders will naturally feel different from a relaxed T-shirt, while trousers may require additional consideration around the waist, rise, thigh, and inseam.
Before choosing your size, consider how you want the garment to sit on your body rather than relying only on your usual size.
- Choose a closer size for a sharper fitted silhouette.
- Consider sizing up for a looser or layered look.
- Check chest measurements carefully for jackets and structured tops.
- Check waist and inseam measurements carefully for trousers.
- For oversized designs, your usual size may already provide the intended fit.
Fit Notes
A size chart is a starting point rather than a guarantee of how every garment will fit. Fabric composition, construction, pattern cutting, stretch, and styling intention can all influence the final fit.
Jackets & Blazers
Structured jackets may feel more fitted through the shoulders and chest. If you plan to layer underneath, consider the additional room you need.
Flexible Fabrics
Stretch fabrics can provide additional comfort and movement, but the intended silhouette should still be considered when selecting a size.
Trousers & Denim
For trousers, compare waist, hip, rise, and inseam information whenever those measurements are provided on the individual product page.
Room to Style
If you intend to wear shirts, knitwear, or other layers underneath, allow enough room for comfortable movement.
Check Each Item
Individual products may have their own measurements and fit descriptions. Always prioritize those details when they differ from this general guide.
Choose Your Priority
If your measurements fall between sizes, consider whether you prefer a closer silhouette or additional room before making your final choice.
