After an order is successfully placed and payment has been authorized, our fulfillment process begins. Orders are reviewed, prepared, packed, and handed to the appropriate shipping provider according to the selected shipping service and destination.

Processing time is separate from the transportation time shown at checkout. During high-volume periods, launches, promotional events, holidays, or unexpected operational circumstances, preparation may take longer than usual.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout based on your delivery destination, order details, and the shipping services available for the products in your order.

Not every shipping service is available for every destination or order. The options presented at checkout are the services currently available for your particular order.

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the destination, selected service, order characteristics, and applicable shipping rules.

Where a promotional free-shipping offer is available, the eligibility requirements will be displayed with the relevant promotion. Promotional shipping offers may be subject to minimum order values, selected destinations, excluded products, campaign periods, or other conditions.

Harborline Apparel may offer delivery to eligible international destinations. International availability is determined by the shipping options presented during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import procedures, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-specific fees. Responsibility for these charges depends on the destination, applicable regulations, and the shipping arrangement selected.

Customs authorities may require additional information or documentation before a shipment can be released. Such procedures are outside Harborline Apparel’s direct control and may affect the final delivery timeline.

When tracking is available, a shipment confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information may not appear immediately after dispatch because the carrier may require additional time to scan and register the package.

Once a shipment has entered the carrier network, tracking updates are generally controlled by the carrier. Temporary periods without new scans do not necessarily indicate that a shipment has stopped moving.

If tracking information appears unusual or has not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service team so we can review the order and provide appropriate assistance.

Estimated delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These can include severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, public holidays, transportation interruptions, peak shopping periods, incorrect address information, regional restrictions, or unexpected logistical events.

A delay does not automatically mean that an order has been lost. Customers should first review the latest tracking information before assuming that a shipment is missing.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout, including the recipient name, street address, postal code, city, state or region, country, and other information required by the carrier.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.

Additional charges, return-to-sender fees, reshipping costs, or other carrier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Lost or unusually delayed shipments

If your package appears to be lost or has remained without meaningful tracking activity for an extended period, contact us with your order number and delivery information. We may need to work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Marked as delivered

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members, building management, reception areas, neighbors, or other locations where the carrier may have left the package.

Damaged packages

If an order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or other relevant information. This helps us assess the issue and determine the appropriate next step.

Shipping and delivery issues are separate from the eligibility requirements for product returns or refunds. If you wish to return an item because of preference, sizing, or another reason unrelated to transportation damage, please review our Return & Refund Policy before sending the package back.

Return shipping arrangements, eligibility, deadlines, product condition requirements, and refund procedures are governed by our applicable return policy.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before fulfillment or shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, or been handed to the shipping carrier, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. In such cases, the available options may be handled under our applicable return policy.

Certain destinations, postal addresses, territories, remote areas, or products may have shipping restrictions imposed by carriers, customs authorities, transportation regulations, or other operational requirements.

If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we may be unable to ship the relevant order to that location at that time. Where an order cannot be fulfilled because of a destination restriction, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.
